Yeah, it was used quite a bit I think. The guy had it wrapped , and my god it was a pain to remove. It honestly rides beautifully, it's just a bit heavy to honk up anything that steep

    Period-correct spokes?

Avoid tbh. I remember Clover spokes back in the day. DT Dbl butted, or Sapim. On my bikes I polish the spokes on a polishing wheel with polishing soap. Looks mega in the summer ☀️

    Paramount headset cups very loose

Someone may have run the headset loose???? You can run a center punch around the headset cups (male part!!!) About 15 -20 times, more the better. This does make it a snugger fit, but as the gent said above could be the wrong headset to start with !!!!

C-record is the most beautiful groupset ever made. The shielded rear mech is a work of art. It just does not work very well

    Pinarello Treviso

Full c record on this one, along with the rare early hubs, that slip!! Proper block on it!!! Engraved seatpin and stem, purchased from a gent who worked in the Pinarello factory in Treviso. Yes the Delta's do work because they are set up properly

I used to have one of these as a junior in the 90's. I snapped it and then bought a Pinarello. Purchased this one in lock down as frame . Then built up over time and yes it has pedals and yes it gets ridden !! Proper cassette on it too.

    My bikes....

I ride a "fixed wheel bicycle" at least once a week, on my 40 mile round trip commute to work. Both of my bikes run a 66" gear, its good for your core and hip movement, and improves your pedaling massively

    My bikes....
