I purchased this bike 15 years ago and on the receipt is says 19" The frame number is - 02010694311 (not sure of the last one) I guess that means it's a 20"? All I know is the frame is the right size for me and maybe the guy made mistake on the reciept. Let me know. Thanks, Si.
