Hi everyone, I stumbled across this post when I was looking for more information about my bike frame. It is a David Lloyd Stealth and I'm pretty sure it's an Aluminium Frame. I've checked under the Bottom Bracket and it seems to have 2 stamps on it - the larger of the two looks to be 981686...
