I bought a 19 inch CR7 1990 it was a 19 inch 1989 model ,and it was the best bike i had ever ridden 30 odd years later and ive eventually got another one not quite right yet , certainly some decals and almost certainly some period XT cantilevers and some gumwall tryes

i bought the CR7 and built it i had the forks which was good , i had to get the stem from the US its perfect so far i will post some better pics i had one in 1990 and happy to have a CR7 again

Hi Ive built up this 1946 Bates BAR with a 3sp hub , i want a 4sp close or medium ratio hub, Is this a good idea does any one have info of what these hubs are like reliability wise as the ones ive seen for sale are from the 1950s
