    Does it have that same type of cup on the other side? In other words a cup without a flange like a typical fixed cup? If there is no flange on the fixed cup, it could be a Phil Wood bottom bracket.

    If the flared end of the liner is worn down and slips into the frame, you can renew the flared end by heating up a nail and using that to re-flare the end of the liner so it won't slip back into the frame.

    Please also keep in mind that Ritchey also sold the tubing to frame makers so there may be different "LOGIC" forks out there - Like the Bridgestone MB-0 fork which used Logic blades but had a socket type dropout. More info on Logic forks...
