They are terrible.......i will take them of you out of pity !..........no really good fork, as with all foxes of a certain era, lubrication is the key.......some early fox forks wore out left legs in no time due to too little oil in the left leg not reaching high enough. Best thing to do is...

make sure all the air is out of the inner tube..........and the tire bead that is on and in the rim well can then sit in the deepest part of the rim 'opposite' the last bit of bead your trying to squeese on,.......sometimes you arefighting against the bead opposite sitting futher away on a rim...

i got round to securing my clock recently, i put a gromit round it and made it steady...........it seems my music is a bit more focused and flows a bit better .....or it could be my imagination.

conti's used to be tight on some rims.......

ah you see, that diagram i can follow quite well cheers.......... i was just curious as i have read lots of people use these, but i understand what you said before, about they have no 'sound' but the sound my be affected if they are used in-efficiently. Same with the silly cables, if they do...

i know i'm just seeing if i can get cheaper ....it's part of the project to get it going as cheap as poss..
