Re: I have a Galaxy very similar to that and the forks look just the same. I think it is just the way they were made - the rear side of the blades is paralell to the steerer so the taper is all at the front so to speak, hence they look as if they are bent back. https://flic.kr/p/awZR3o William.

Looking for a NOS replacement for this broken dropout. It is the cranked Suntour GS cranked type common on 70's Raleighs etc, this one is on a Worksop Carlton Corsair. Not sure if they came in different angles but this one is on a big frame approx 73 degrees between seatstay and chainstay...

Re: You can use a spacer, even Evans have them, but not sure how far you can go. Google "bottom bracket spacer". A longer BB is probably the best solution. William.

Absolutely no cyclocross experience here but I'd imagine you'd want a light strong frame with lots of clearance for tyres & mud.

I cut one out of a tupperware lid a few years back for a shimano shifter, still working fine.

Anyone know if Olmo did any frames in 531c? Been offered a scruffy but cheap frame & forks with a Renolds sticker on. Going to look tomorrow, only seen photos so far, but haven't been able to find any reference to Olmos in 531 on interweb. Thanks, William.
