According to that, sandblasting seems like a viable option. :?: Certainly seems like less hassle. Especially if someones offered to do it for free. :wink:

Nitromors had crossed my mind but the reason I asked was because a friend offered to sandblast it but i said I wasn`t sure. I remember years ago having a steel frame sandblasted and it was perfect but alloy? Not sure :?:

Just bought this frame and although it`s in pretty good nick for 9, I`m thinking of having it resprayed. Theres a few nicks and dings here and there. Whats the best way to get it back to the bare metal~? without wrecking or damaging it. Also any ideas on original colours for this frame...

Got mine as well. The frame is in excellent condition and I got it at a great price. The guys pictures did it no justice at all. Looking forward to the refurbishment and build. :D
