I seem to have an idea that there was an early version of the 9 speed freehub before Campagnolo moved to the newer version? I could be completely wrong though...

For reference, these are Campagnolo hubs. Silver from circa 2001 and Black from 2007. These have the step spline shown at the 12 o'clock position on the freehub which yours doesn't have which is maybe why your cassette doesn't fit. It also seems unusual that you say the wheels were new in 2005...

Have a look on eBay for Campagnolo Chorus headsets. The "sold listings" will give a good guide to pricing/value.

The threaded headsets usually have a keyed washer that sits between the lock nut and top bearing cup, the keyed notch should sit in the groove that you often find on the back of the threaded part of the forks. Link here to another thread of someone looking for the same part...

There was going to be a bike jumble at the Eroica Britannia according to the Campy Oldy website. A pitch of 5m x 3m in the garage/pits would've set you back £200 plus VAT. A bit different from the usual £10 a pitch at your regular cycle jumbles.

I'm assuming you're looking for M6 x 20mm socket cap screws as they are the most common size I've found for stem bolts. I've used this seller on ebay for this sort of item and they give dimensions of each part which you may find useful...
