I am unlikely to build another retro bike. I don't think I could improve on what I was aiming to achieve. This one is a keeper. I will be riding a modern F/S Enduro MTB most of the time, the Kona is for more relaxed riding. It's time for another project, currently looking at a boat for the summer.

I have a freshly powder coated black Project 2 fork, 410mm a-c threaded steerer and Velocity stem 130mm in black left over from this build complete with correct decals from Gil M yet to be applied I am happy to swap for parts or cash.

I am hoping you are both correct. The reason they are leaking is because the fork smashed into a post not because of their age. I will inspect dust seals and clean and see if the leak continues. If it does a seal set will be required.

That's great, thank you. I did only want to buy one seal as they were replaced last year when they were rebuilt and painted. At £20 though it makes sense just to change them all rather than search for just one, unless anyone has one new seal or knows where to buy them individually?
