    Early 80's Battaglin for sale - 57cm

Hi there, I'm selling my Battaglin, I've had it a few years now, but it's always been a bit too big for me. I now have a new bike, which is about a 54. As you can see there is a large 'B' in the bottom bracket shell which I've been told means it is indeed one of the earliest models. This is...

    130mm Cinelli (26.4) stem WTD

Hi, looking for a bit longer stem - the combo I have at the moment is (I presume) 26.4mm size as both parts are pre-90s Cinelli. From this, I guess one of the reissues would be annoyingly too small for my bars? 0.4mm is tiny though, isn't it? A 1/A or 1/R (what I have at the moment) would be...

For Sale - 6 Everest 7 Speed Freewheels

I am confused as to which picture in your photobucket corresponds to which item in your list. There are pics of six everest freewheels there, but to my eye, every one is different in construction: there do seem to be 2 new ones, but three which use a splined remover, two using a two prong, and...

    Original TIME TBT Cleats

I've tried ordering some replacement front cleats that appear to be metal from one of the sites in Canada since I last posted. I'm not sure they'll turn up though, there wasn't an international postage option! Was the guy who helped you the same person who said he may have a source, in one of...

    Original TIME TBT Cleats

Hi there, I was the guy looking for these cleats too. I got a set (F & R) from Tredz - not sure if they were the last set but they don't seem to be on there now. However, they don't seem to work too great with the squarer-design pedals I have, there appears to be some variation in the rear cleat...

    Time Equipe cleats

Well, the cleats from tredz, in Wales have been dispatched, and I bought a pair of adapters from sidi direct. Remains to be seen if these will fit the particular pedals I have. Also, I haven't bought any shoes yet!

    Time Equipe cleats

Sounds like a pair of new sidi time plates would be fine then, for some new shoes. Think I've seen them somewhere. The pedals I have bought are called racing, theyre white and look more 'square' from the outside than some of the later equipe pedals. Ill just have to try whichever ones I can get...

    Time Equipe cleats

Thanks for that evo - I looked for hours yesterday and didn't come up with that site. Seems like a back order job though. I found another place in Germany, and asked my local dealer to get onto the uk distributors for now. Do sidi shoes have their own pattern, different from the usual look system?

    Time Equipe cleats

Hi, I have a pair of time equipe racing pedals, with no cleats thus far. I think all time racing pedals until around 95 used compatible cleats from what I can tell, so any pair in good usable condition would be much appreciated. Also, I would need an adaptor, so they could work with the modern...

Eddy Merckx pedals, Time Equipe Pro, Campagnolo, Sante crank

Re: Eddy Merckx pedals, Time Equipe Pro, Campagnolo, Sante c I take it the time pedals do not come with cleats?

Dust Cap for Gipiemme Dual Sprint pedals

Hi, I've just got my bike built up to ride - unfortunately, the pedals I acquired came with one missing dust cap. They are Gipiemme Dual Sprint's, with clips etc. Would anyone have a cap spare that they'd be willing to part with? I don't know if they really need to match to the exact model, or...

WTD: Gipiemme 6 speed rear mech & Regina block

thanks quizzer - I think the block I specified was an 'Oro'. If it was a bx or cx in 14/24 or 14/26 I may be tempted if the price was right. But I am already buying a 14/28 silver regina block as the ratios are good if I come across any steep hills.

WTD: Gipiemme 6 speed rear mech & Regina block

Hi, thanks for the info re the mech - gives me more choice I guess. Someone else is also trying to find me a pair of Nisi rims, I think I'd maybe prefer silver - or if they're not too pricey I could get both pairs. Would 36 hole theoretically be the stiffest and 28 softer and lighter?
