    Early Peugeot MTB - Stourbridge

Find it hard to say why, but I have a real soft spot for these bikes. Hmmm, maybe one day.

FS: Suntour Ergo Twist - Cheap

They are similar to early gripshifters. With less off a click. They do the job, but nothing more. Let me know if you're interested.

FS: Suntour Ergo Twist - Cheap

Last chance before these go in the bin. Just to clarify, it's not the one in the photo. I have a set including original (but used) grips.

    Lance Armstrong again....

Back to being a bike forum: I think he did it. But I'll add that so did at leats the next 10 guys behind him (but that doesn't make it ok).

    eyewatering puch

And your giant wasn't a lightweight either by modern standards. Had a Terrago myself, which was even heavier. Weighed a ton, but certainly bomb proof.

Have you ever been to France?

Go at least once a year for a week to cycle, but the last few years also 2 weeks in summer with the family (no bike). Would recommend it to anyone. Country side is the best and if you avoid the main roads I can't think of a better place to ride my roadbike. Mtb seems good as well. Have only...

FS: Suntour Ergo Twist - Cheap

Have left over a pair of Suntour Ergo Twist shifters/brake levers. As in the picture, but not as nice shape. All bolts included but the window on the right shifter missing. They are terrible to shift with. Original grips with suntour logo included. Only want to cover the postage which should be...

1991 Cannondale SM700 - Black with Lime Splatter

Hi, And nice bike. I've got one of these too in a bigger size. It's only a frame for the moment. Great and very stiff ride. As for the fork, stick with the original one. Not much of a peperoni fan (not on pizza either). I think the original ritchey for looks better, is probably lighter and...

    Which Tyres do You use?

Heard very good things about the Schwalbe Marathon tires. Duranos are supposed to be good too, but I've seen some people having problems with these. Have used mostly Continental the last few years myself. Pretty much without punctures. Using the grand prix 4-season in 28 mm now...

    Olympic road race Saturday

Tbh, I thought it was a great race. Think the lack of team radios made for a more exciting race. And my favorite rider in the peloton won today. And screw all that stuff from the past. Seems to me like they were all doing it back then. And Vino sat out his time. Don't hear any complaints about...

    The build that never ends.....

Have to agree. It never ends. Unless you have the budget, find everything you look for NOS and hang it on your wall. Then never ride it and you're done. But where's the fun in that?
