The Rock Shox, I gave them a very quick wipe down and they have a slight paint chips in small places, the worst shown in first pic.

Yeah, should be weldable. The frame is probably savable in the right hands, I don't know any welders and to be honest haven't got the time or desire to sort it all out.

Hi coomber, this is the gumtree bike. I've offered the frame to rojo as a thanks for helping me out via PM. I'm not sure if he wants it or not but if not I'd sell it for £30, pickup only (EX13 in Devon).
