Shadows on her don’t match the shadows on the rock & trees. Different direction. Plus the hair and the perfectly straight chain means I’m calling BS. ;)

Looks like a bolt-through stay sort of arrangement. Never seen it done with titanium before though. Could be a repair if the original one cracked

Looks like a 17/18” Probably suit 5-7” - 5-9” Nice un molested example. The lava dome typically had the upper tier / better frame (but the lower end spec)
