    Here’s my 1997 Raleigh Ti MTB

    The 97 bronze mtrax with Reynolds Optima tubing was equivalent to Reynolds 501but Optima was tig welded. Still, a cracking bike.

    That is amazing condition. Raleigh rust proofing (they boasted it was at car standard) and paint were superb. Best in UK until they closed.

    Raleigh USA were overall owned by Raleigh but ran as a separate company from Raleigh UK (as they were different markets).
