anok, long riston, east riding of yorkshire, starting mtbing again after over 15 years off, riding a kona lava dome and ive lost my skills, big time!! :lol:

cheers, i think the pace forks are in need of a rebuild on my kona but the rest is good, feels great to ride apart from the aformentioned forks, never rode a mountainbike with suspension, so mebbe i just need to get used to them...

i used to mountainbike regular in the mid 90's,(between raves :shock: ) used to ride a GT tempest that i hated, always wanted a kona instead :D

hello, after getting banned from driving ive discovered mountainbiking again, ive got myself a kona lava dome with pace rc36 forks and some other bits, ive not done any cycling for well over a decade, anyway, anyone know what year this lava dome is?
