Thanks :) I actually managed to loosen the ring using a Park Tool green spanner (SPA-1), but I don't think it was tightened to the recommended 35 nm.

Did you find a solution? Just acquired a PMP wheel set without the tool.

Rings are in very good contidition and the tapers are sound, but the NDS arm is unfortunately bent. Might be possible to straighten. (BB and pedal not included) 30 EUR shipped in Europe.
