Bar tape to go with Brooks Select saddles

That one seems to match the "honey" coloured saddles, which are darker than the "Select" line.

    USERNAMES!!!

My name is a little word play. "Wasserträger" litterally means "water carrier" / domestique, but I changed the "carrying" bit to "treading", because I've been pedalling in the rain a fair bit last winter. So it's treading water now. That said this season has been dryer. Happiness.

Bar tape to go with Brooks Select saddles

Does anybody know which handlebar tape would match the Brooks Select series of saddles colour? Looks like Brooks doesn't have a fitting one in its line. The saddles for reference: http://www.brooksengland.com/catalogue- ... ne-Select/ Cheers.

    justice was served.

+1. I've had enough close calls (and the rare "missed" call :x ) that I'm now very defensive in traffic, regardless of transportation mode. Maybe it's an age thing too. Better safe than sorry.

    Formaggio Parmigiano jersey info

Yes about the italian, but some of them come with a year number and are named "World Jersey", that had me wondering. Thanks.

    Formaggio Parmigiano jersey info

Do the Formaggio Parmigiano/Capellini/Rigatoni "retro" jerseys have any historic merit, or are they just spoof? http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_ ... ing+jersey

    10 speed on Shimano FH-7400

Hello, can a Dura Ace FH-7400 hub be retrofit with a 10-speed cassette? I found the thread below, but if anyone could confirm that'd be great. I have found conflicting info as to whether 7400 was 7 or 8 speed. Maybe both were supported in different iterations, even? Thanks in advance...

    Mavic components

I think you'll get better responses by asking for individual parts. Some of the rims for example have an excellent track record, some hubs on the other hand not so much.

How long a fork shaft for CK NoThreadSet

Cheers Mark, yeah I'm still pondering going more retro vs building the lightest and best performing bike I can afford around this frame, and taking it out for sportives and club races. Thankfully I'm not in a hurry, but the scale seems to be tipping towards a racy build, I'd just take it out...

How long a fork shaft for CK NoThreadSet

Can I bring this up one last time. I've found a potential 1" fork now, but it's cut already. How long does the fork shaft need to be (in addition to my headtube length, and whatever the stem needs), so I can use a Chris King NoThreadSet?

How long a fork shaft for CK NoThreadSet

Thanks for the clarifications, think I got the beginning of a picture now. I absolutely want to go threadless, and am looking around for a nice fork. Thankfully I'm not in a hurry. Here's a picture for the record. I might have it repainted though.

How long a fork shaft for CK NoThreadSet

Hah there might have been some confusion on my part just as well. Can the CK headset you suggested take both, the current Precisa fork, and possibly a (more) modern non-threaded one later?

Thanks Ben, problem is the headset is bust and needs to be replaced.

How long a fork shaft for CK NoThreadSet

Hello, newbie here. I recently acquired a late 1980s Colnago Master Piu frame (has a straight, chromed Precisa fork), which I want to build up in the coming months. What I'm really confused about is the plethora of headsets that's available (need to replace the one it came with). I'm...
