Ok, I have a hand built Langdale Lightweight 653 F&F 62cm (I think!). Bought new in 1995. I'm a tad over 6ft and it fits like a glove. Had it resprayed by Mercian a few years ago and it's mainly been sat in the garage since, though I have ridden it infrequently, the last time a few weeks ago...

Thanks for the 'heads up'. I live just a few miles away so popped round to Mercian's workshop this morning, sure enough, 27 tooth Shimano and 28 tooth Campagnolo sprockets, for a fiver each. Sorted. Brian

As per the title. I'm looking for a 9 speed 28 or 29 tooth Campagnolo cassette sprocket to make my hilly rides a little more enjoyable. Thanks in anticipation.

You're very welcome, it's a very enjoyable and rewarding exercise. I've changed the spec on mine a bit since my post. Now returned to the 8 speed with some 80s Campag Vento wheels. Lovely. Enjoy.

Hi the seat post diameter is 27.2mm on mine.

Re: Campagnolo Delta Brakes They've not been serviced by a Campagnolo agent. That said, I thoroughly cleaned, checked and set them up when I first had them, they've been on the bike ever since. As mentioned, they've not been used much at all. Edit: I'm not brave enough to take these apart...
