    Re: Yeah I remember them. I worked in a bike shop that stocked them at the time so it would have been 1998-2000. Revolting bikes with two tone paint jobs if I remember correctly.

    I bought this 2012 Kula a while back and have been upgrading/adapting to my liking as and when funds allow. Got to say I absolutely love the ride. Very snappy and responsive. Anybody else riding a Scandium Kona?

    Hi there Currently rebuilding my DMR Trailstar frame I've had since 1998 but I can't remember what size the BB shell is. Does anybody know? I've got a 2012 Kona Cinder cone I had planned to steal some parts from, BB and cranks included but if it won't fit then I won't bother pulling the Kona...

    Shameful lbs

    Two "experiences" of my LBS, one funny and one utterly awful. Awful: I took my Kona in there to have a new headset put on it, I was only young and had neither the tools or minerals to do it myself. Picked it up later on to find that rather than bang the old cups out from the inside of the head...

    Hi there I've almost completed a budget build of my DMR trailstar frame I've had since 1997/8. Just need a non disk rear wheel preferably with a black/grey rim and a V brake and left hand brake lever if anybody has anything going fairly cheaply? Thanks

    Rigid forks wanted

    a lad called Grant W in Dudley on Shpock is selling a 19" 1999 Kona Explosif frame for £20! I'm gutted to be honest.     Bit of an odd one but I've just found out that a very small design company based in my town designed the 199 Kona catalogue. I emailed them and asked if they had any physical copies left or may know where any could be acquired and he got back to me pretty quickly saying he'll have a look in...
