I'm looking for a stem to go a clockwork I'm building. Ideally i'd like a stalk stem. Looking for 100mm and a slight 7/10degree rise, standard size not oversize and 1 1/8th please. Oh and must be black. Will look at anything though, so please get in touch. Budget limits at £20 though. :) Thanks

I've got as the above says a 21" Orange Clockwork. I know the head tube is 140mm, just wondered my forks would fit and the steerer is coming in at 193mm? The frame is currently with Orange being redecorated which why I can't check. Just wondering as I need to know if I need new forks or not...
