Okay, just seen the rest of the photos. Rims match Pantera spec, as do the stem and cantis. You've also got the non-bologna lite forks, which also makes sense. Deffo Pantera and apart from the paint job, bars and shifters, it's remarkably original...

Got Rob to fit a new steerer tube to a set of manutous for me. Very pleasant, good communication, and happy to work around the fact that I'd be out of the country for two weeks. Definitely recommended.

Before you go fully drilling the forks, Take a torx key that would fit inside the outer diameter of the stud. Then find a drill bit that's smaller than the torx key. Drill (carefully) the bolt down the center, about 5mm. Hammer the torx key in (you probably won't need to use much force) and...
