Thanks to all who have pm'd me. Seems to be a concensus that the bike could have been a prototype or limited edition for the race team.......this is the opinion of the RB afficionados and not little old me. I now fully expect someone to say...."No, it's a Carrera from Halfords!!"...

Thanks for the advice all...Perhaps I was a tad over optimistic........but a prototype Hope disc brake, Hope hubs, upgraded hoops and forks,and x-lite finishing kit. I just thought it would be worth far more than a bog Proflex.....silly me!
