Yeah, I wanted a vehicle I could outfit to live out of while attacking some overland expedition style travel and the Pinzgauer really seemed to fit the bill. I've been fully engrossed in the restore+mod project since February, so haven't had my mind on bikes quite as much this summer...

I've still got it. Being an 18" when I was in fact looking for a 17" it never got built. I ultimately satiated my desire for a Joe Murray designed Prestige frame with a 17" 1996 Voodoo Bizango. Interested? :)

The Interloc fork performs very nicely. The action is smooth and beyond the anti-dive functionality of the design it also counters any potential loading of the Sweet-spot rear end and is why Castellano paired the 2. I've not been lurking on the forum all that much these days and must have...

With a few minor component swaps at the crank/BB and cockpit I was able to make room for a pair of Stubs barends and still manage to shave 0.5lbs from the total weight. :D Updated pics in the original post here.

Hi all! This 46cm 1993 Bridgestone MB-1 frame is one I acquired in 1998/99 when Bridgestone US was selling the last of the stock from it's warranty office. I finally got around to starting the build a few years ago, but by that time had decided a 42cm would be a better fit. So without ever...

I'd recommend staying away from the Amplifier 2. They weren't AMP Research built and the welds on the swingarm had a nasty habit of breaking (I've got one that did just that). The best bit there is the Risse Genesis damper.
