Re; the PSA engine cutting out and the water temp sensor. I had exactly the same issue on a Peugeot. Exactly the same result too, but I did fix it in the end. Clue; there's more than one water temp sensor... In fact, there were three of the bloody things, and I changed the wrong one.

If your'e having trouble finding a JW-2, Why not expand the search to include the PRST-1 whch was its premium "big brother". Same frame, but with more expensive bits, big gripper monocoque forks and beefier swing arm. Also, don't forget the later quad link rear end JW-4's and PRST-4's. Better...
