Damn it, I wonder which garage this frame has been robbed of! They designed details differently in Heavy Tools. It doesn't carry their handwriting... ...with the exception of the head tube - only few frames have those collars.

This is misleading. Someone sprayed the frame with a low-quality reflective paint and covered it with stickers "like" Heavy tools. The Laser was one of the H. Tools models.
