Hi all, just wondered if anyone would know if I could get a replacement rear rim for my bike. The rim has basically worn out and split , it was a Mavic m231 36 spoke 26inch for my Cannondale , Grip Bikes at Rayleigh are gonna help out but just wanted to check out any other options to simply...

Cleaned up , dusted down out of storage , cleaned and serviced and ready for some 1/2 hour exercise , Raced at Eastway during the 90's , on proper tyres back then , still got em somewhere....

Guy's.... can any of you recommend a really good off road front light , have been looking at Volt 1200 Cateye , I don't really wanna go Exposure prices , and keen not to go battery pack , Look for lot's of light , with good run time on high , Cat eye looks the best bet ??

Hi Chaps, thanks to all of you who took some time to feedback on the rear wheel noises posted approx a week ago. Got it sorted ,basically cone was loose , checked bearing dry as a bone ?? Fully re greased , and re set up ,test ride noise gone , then Spindle Broke during ride !! Rear wheel...

To all who have provided feedback.. Thanks to all so far , lots of similar feedback all pointing towards free hub with some good tips about narrowing down wheel change etc.. Plan to get on the case in the next few days , thanks chaps..

Hi All, Just wanted to post my recently restored Cannondale of 23 years... Syncros ,Mag21's , Pace , XTR , Mavics , all put back on and rolling again.. Thanks to all the guys who helped restore this much raced machine Thetford / Eastway /Southdowns back in the day..
