My stay bars came and needed to fettle it up and couldn't decide if I wanted to Dremel the extra length off, but remembered I have a Rothernberg pipe cutter and it gave me a much cleaner edge to the finish!

Oh dear real noob I think I need to mount the cable tensioner first before anything else? There is two recess settings without tension it sits between both recess hooks.

Hi guys not sure If I have the spring in the right position? Could someone check the pictures and confirm that spring should not be on the second hook? The lowest derailleur cog looks to high and that picture is in sit natural resting place?
