Hi all 26" alloy aero-rim with Shimano FH RM40 hub. I have the dilemma whether to replace two spokes and tighten the remaining slack spokes or purchase 36 new spokes and replace each one individually and hope I get the tension right and preserve the correct dish intact. Any suggestions...

Hi all Learning the hard way again! I thought I had to prize the shifter apart to replace cable. No I don't! Now its reassembled, yes the cable moves but no clicks. The dial part runs against the numbers smoothly. Any instructions gratefully received. Thanks CHoD

Re: Transferring Gripshift Max. Possible with different sto No idea! First time using them! If you google "Gripshift Max" you can see the plastic casing. It does not seem to lend itself to twisting.
