    Re: I had one set up like that once. Does not look period correct of course, but also doesnt look out of place. New modern handlebars and stems are a good choice i think if you ride the bike regularly. Peace of mind knowing they are strong and safe.

    Re: the crown on that era (Mag 30) is my favorite. it's lines are just a little sharper and not rounded like the later versions. what's the story of the Mag 30? they didn't seem to be very readily available or made for very long. we're they the non adjustable fork, similar to what the Mag 10 was?

I owned a pair of 92-93 versions originally, but I didn't know that the layer models started to be sold without the top dust seals. the fork certainly went through a lot of subtle changes in its life. one of the pairs I have has the gold alloy stauncheons, the other is normal...
