Hi Mike. From this photo it looks like you are using a Cinelli angel handlebar. How did you manage to fit the 26mm (1" stem stem hole) over the 28mm (1'1/8") Giant steerer tube. I am building up a 2003 Giant TCR Aero. Team ONCE TT bicycle. Ruando
