I have a Shimano QR like that one but it has the hidden cam end rather than an external nut. It's a Shimano XT QR from a 1990 bike.

I have a pair of 1996 Rockshox Judy SLs with 1" steerer. Speedspring in one leag and elastomers in the other. Pretty good nick. I'd have to go and measure the steerer tube length if you're interested...?
