    Wow - nice condition. Mine's taken a few more scratches & scrapes over the years, and the original Megabite 2.0 tyres have just about perished - nice to see yours in such good condition - and nice to know the name of "Galactic fade" after all these years :-)

    Thanks guys. As I get back into things I'm think of going clipless pedals, and a new saddle too (with cutout to aid blood flow to those sensitive areas!). As for slicks I think I'm too lazy to change tyres - more knobbles = more calories burned!
