Could anyone tell me the best way to put the crank arms back on the square crank spindles? I removed them, but they dont slide on easily & don't want to do anything stupid and damage things Cheers

Has anyone had experience of using a rim drive turbo trainer? How do they comapare to the trainers that the tyre runs on?

Picked up the Giant Chaos frame today 1996 I'm lead to believe, in very good condition, come with both original folks and a set of RST sus folks
