Have you tried Aerozine or Woodman? http://www.rczbikeshop.com/anglais/mtb1/components/headsets.html Prestine is even cheaper but never heard about them.

Very nice!! I own the '05 S-Works model and got 6.8" travel with a 8.75x2.75 shock. I put a 5th Element coil shock from a VP Free –Fox works too.
