Pace forks are the rc36, cant remember exactly, but there sprung not crappy inserts, the decals are from a guy on ebay, he is always selling them, and has lots of colours and styles, cheap at £17 too....cheers

Not really, just same grease you use for bearings etc...you will see what i mean when you remove them, just dip your finger in and smooth over the surfaces....works a treat...mine are as smooth as ever :D

Get a picture on bud, there are loads of people on here that will know, it took me 2 hours to polish today, went over it twice with autosol aluminium...not the more abrasive normal solvol mind... :wink: came up a treat :lol: well 8)

On my lts i stripped frame totally, cleaned pivots and checked for cracks n wear...then lightly lubed and refitted cones and fibre washers, i would say mine are original, so 15 years old and there still going strong, there not a worry at all buddy, unless they have been roughly taken out and...
