I haven't ridden it yet actually, but I picked that ring based on finding other riders with that exact setup, plus the ring is beautifully machined. I ride a 1x9 on my Bonty already, and have been really happy with how that performs (although it's a Ritchey Compact crankset and 30T ring)...

Does anyone know where I can find a geometry specsheet for the 1994 Xizang frame (16")? I looked i the catalogs, but they didn't see one. The 1998 catalog has one, but I'd like to compare the 1994 to that year frame, as the later years were made to accept v-brakes vs. cantis. TIA.

Yes, I did, and sent him a PM, but was looking at these as well. I know he has the older style with the large "xizang" on the downtube, but I prefer the '93+ style with the smaller "xizang" on the top tube.

I'm actually looking for Xizang decals, but emailed them and they said they could make them say "xizang" instead of "zaskar". Has anyone bought the zaskar ones? Are they accurately sized? How is the quality? TIA.

I was wondering the same thing. My Xizang had very different rear dropouts. All of the ones I've seen have "GT" embossed into them and the ends of the chain and seatstay tubes are flattened, not bullet style like the ones pictured. Seller claims no repair work done or anything. I wonder if...
