Hi! I haven't posted my good old 'Dale yet, so here it is : a light and very lively bike that really looks cool... :D I ordered the original bike directly from Cannondale US, as it was not available in Europe then. Size M / 17, with the original P-Bone forks. PlanetX stem & bars...

Brake levers arrived safe & sound, and look even better than on the pics. ;)

My brother's commuter has a pair of those. They work fine but squeal, but that probably has to do with his pad / rims combo.

Thanks for the info! The Airborne is my first non retro bike, so I have to get used to new standard: riding it with my Sunn forks was one very scary experience! :shock: 425-440mm should be good as I am just back from a ride with 100mm Judys and it was a great ride! Such forks should...

Hi! Does anybody know whether these sexy looking forks are "suspension corrected" to fit an Airborne... ? I tried to fit a DB Fuji Sunn forks (not even 800g... :D ) but they are too short and the bike is totally impossble to ride as the front angle is way too steep... :/ If someone...

I mainly ride 42*18, on a mixed urban / country course. And for commuting. It is versatile enough to have good speed in the traffic, and accelerate really hard when I want to have fun. On long downhill roads, I do coast though or spin my legs like a 10-year-old riding down a bridge...

Performance-wize I'd say yes, as they are much stiffer than older ones (at least when I compared my retro XT to the new ones).

This is gonna be a great SS bike... :wink: I've always loved GT's Ti frames.

I wish it was shorter... :cry:
