I am looking for a lightweight mtb frame. Condition isn't particulary an issue, as I intend to respray or have it stripped and powder coated. Structurally sound and reliable is essential. I certainly aren't no authority on mtb's, but I more or less know what I am looking for,but suggestions...

Thanks Cheers Legrande, but I've just had all the phono sockets 'renewed' along with the ' speaker ' binding posts. The downside of the amp is strictly cosmetic now, but thanks mate, much appreciated.

8000a I have to admit, if I had the time and wasn't so occupied doing other 'things' I would try and restore the 8000a to its original glory, then try and obtain a pair of 8000m's, who knows, if I don't get a fair offer, I just may end up doing that.
