Hey, Road brakes were designed to brush of speed so as to keep up momentum. Single pivots are excellent brakes and shimano 105 slr are considered the pinacle of these. Buy some, for not much cash.

Leave the 105 brakes on. 105 slr are considered by many to be the pinacle of single pivot calipers. Show us some pics of your set up!

Ok guys, Shimano have serial no which makes dating and model type a piece of cake. So what gives with campag gear. I have a mech which says campagnolo. Thats it!!! Also hubs. Just campagnolo. Am i missing something. Cheers

Nice find!! I was searching for something like this maybe 2 months ago and couldnt find nowt. Excellent. Oh, and my first pair of shifters exage mountain i did the same as this guy and forced the top cap off before realising there was a screw! I was young :D
