    "Aurora" Mountain Klein

At the end of the cable guides it is flared out to a mushroom-like shape. I don't think that you could glue one end to the other then pull it through, because the exit fits around the housing with no space for anything else. "Aurora" Mountain Klein

You can get the internal tubing on eBay, or from JonRock. What I did to replace the old liners was: 1. Pull them out. 2. Run steel cable through them 3. Insert them into the frame one at a time 4. Run a magnet along the tube to find the cable, then guide it to the exit hole. When you see the...

    94 Rocky Blizzard

I built it up with all XT M-730 components, an MC1, and a Rock Shox Judy. It's got stuff like a purple rock ring, purple skewers, purple water bottle cages, and peace sign cable hangers.

Best and Worst bikes you've ever ridden

Best: Klein Attitude MC1, Klein Mantra Pro, pretty much any other real Klein. Salsa A la Carte, Moots Divide. There was also a Giant Cadex I rode that wasn't bad. Worst: Diamondback Edgewood, Trek Mamba, Pro-Flex, some 1960's Schwinn Suburban. It was heavy, it rattled, it was ugly, etc. Every...

Need some help dating this Stumpy

Check for a serial number by the bottom bracket or rear dropout. It would have to be post 93', because mine has a 1" fork.

Can anybody I.D. these purple ano parts?

Thanks for the info on the skewer. I've never seen bar ends like mine before, they're surprisingly comfortable compared to the Ritchey bar ends on my Stumpjumper, they are also of comparable weight.

Klein Pinnacle Serial number help please

Re: My Pinnacle cracked by the seat clamp.I will say though, I think it's a 1993, not a 1994. In 1994 Klein used the curvy font, not the blocky font.

Klein Pinnacle Serial number help please

The Pinnacle's last year was 1994, and that was before Trek bought Klein. So, it is a real Klein.
