Need one to re-build a 1995 1" headset for my Orange C16-R. I can see a few complete used headsets for sale but the sealed cartridges seem elusive. Any ideas for sourcing them please - or anything compatible?

I need a new STX RC Headset. The frame is a 1995 with F7 forks. Do I need a 1" threaded headset? Cannot simply take it apart and measure it because I'm away from the frame for a few weeks.

You might have a point about bad lacquer. But elsewhere on my frame the finish is excellent. The lacquer has lifted where the cable inners have scratched the surface (careless lifting of the bike by the top tube) and I guess water got underneath and did the damage. Such a shame - but it's only...

This is interesting: well to me it is. So if I'm struggling to find NOS rings for my 7 speed STX RC chainset I could swap to a 9 speed chainset with a 9 speed chain and keep the 7 speed screw-on freewheel at the back. Am I right or am I right????

Help me guys please. Just got me a '95 C16R. What size bolt fits the rack mount holes please? They're a bit tight for fingers and I don't want to force anything in with an Allen key and knacker the threads. Been there before!! Sorry if it's a numpty question but better safe than sorry eh?
