re: looks very nice! that judy DH is pretty nice to! they acctually felt very good, and do have 80mm of travel so they measure up to anything even today... I was going around thinking of what colour my next project shall have, but dark red with white panels seems to be a good idea!

re: a bloke in sweden did 6,7 with something similiar but with a carbon frame, dirt tires and stuff. What fork is it on yours is the ac measurement ok? I have some 425mm's on my modern xtc it feels a bit to low, might put that one on my vintage ride insteed...

re: Thanks, it is pretty nimble to! Tried it with the 8speed drivetrain, thumbshifters and Thomson stem, and that just didn't work at all. It was acctually to freekin low! and well I have a bit different ring setup, granny and bigring. So I went back to the 9speed cassette for a bit more...

re: Even with a sid, or a rigid unit, I'm not sure this will be 18pounds... I just don't see it... Sids are lighter then the Judy SL for sure, I have a sl with ti screws and I don t think it's as light as a Sid. But however the AC measurement is taller on the sid then on the judy...
