I would consider giving up with wd40 and just using paraffin. A gallon is maybe 4 quid. Will do the same job.

Come on tall people, swap out that little project frame you've been holding on to for something bigger - this is a great frame and a great project.

Got this Graham Weigh frame that I would like to trade for something smaller. It's a good frame in need of overhaul, but it is solid - bb threads are good etc. Couple of small dents - one on the top tube and one on the drive side chain stay (where frames are dished on purpose all the time)...
