    Even with 20"/21" I doubt that the steerer would be long enough on the forks. Stumpies allways came with pretty short headtubes. But a rather cheapish and apperantly quicker solution: get your current steerer lenghtend...

    Well. Good that I am not a mathematician... Turning the formula around, i.e. 32.5" inseam minus 11" = 21.5" seattube... But well, as we have seen fashion rules :)

    So, aside of the practical lesson in Einstein's theorey (thank you @The History Man ) you basically disagree with the notion of a smaller frame. Given the above rule of thumbs my 23.5" Raleigh minus 11" equals 32.5" inseam lenght. That of course must be set into relation to the give tire size...
