Bike shop trued wheels - how straight is acceptable?

Hi, I took my slightly out of true rear road bike wheel to my LBS earlier this week. I'd rounded off one of the nipples using the wrong sized spoke key (doh!) and didn't have the time or inclination to pfaff about with it myself. Anyway £15 lighter I get the wheel back, fit it and bang out a...

How 'bad' is the Bristol to Bath cycle path?

My girlfriend has just started commuting half way along the cycle path from the Bristol end. I know the cycle path has a bit of a reputation, but just how well deserved is it? Marzocchi brake bosses 97 - 2001

Hi, I think I'm looking for a pair of Marzocchi canti / V brake bosses. Understand these are 97 - 2001 to fit forks with a machined bridge, not the magnesium ones. If any one has a pair kicking about that would be awesome. Windwave usefully have just one in stock :-( Cheers, JT

    Rebuilding '98 Z4's

Howdy, I've striped and rebuilt a pair of 98 Z4's. They went back together as planned and I topped the 7.5wt fluid up to 4cm from the top of the stanchions, however there is no resistance in them at all. Suggestions on a postcard as to what I've done wrong? Can't imagine the springs are so...
