Image Issue (Split from existing thread)

I'm on an iPhone as well, and I'm not seeing the issue since I've disabled the addon that is trying to optimize the images. The images fail to load correctly due to a 206 HTTP response, which has now gone away. XXX - - [04/Mar/2024:12:01:39 +0000] "GET /attachments/1-jpeg.825603/ HTTP/2.0" 206...

Image Issue (Split from existing thread)

Can you PM me an example of another thread? I can see the thread which appear to be most impact by the 206 errors looking at the logs: 669857 "https://www.retrobike.co.uk/" 327124 "https://www.retrobike.co.uk/threads/1989-i-think-muddy-fox-seeker-the-prodigal-bike-returns.476942/" 145384...

I've fixed the images in this thread by manually downloading them, and re-uploading.

Image Issue (Split from existing thread)

I think this is still related to the image optimizer plugin. I'm seeing errors in the browser console reporting ERR_CONTENT_LENGTH_MISMATCH. I've just disabled the image optimizer plugin, but this will still affect images that have been optimized.

Apologies this took longer than expected, but the site is now on the new server.

Looking at the images everyone has linked, those are images that are being fetched through the Image Proxy feature. Those are being resized to the maximum image dimensions set in the forum software config. I'll set that to NO and it should stop them being resized.

    Site Suggestions (and Issues) Thread

For the issue with missing images, I've seen this now on several sites running the same Image Optimise plugin. I've made a change so the images are optimised as they are uploaded, rather than after 5 minutes, which seems to fix the issue...

Should be fixed. You might need to refresh your browser cache. Can do that in chrome by using F12 for developer tools, and go to the Network tab, and Disable cache option for a bit

Kona Titanium Serial Number List - update 16/08/24

I've added the data from the original post from yesterday. The post below was also pulled from the DB, and I have changed the author back to @Pipmeister. So they can be rebuilt, but it's a fully manual process.

This is fixed now, they broke the YouTube embeds in the previous update, so I've ran it now to update to latest with the fix.

There is a better fix I can implement for the images. I’ll do it at some point today and confirm.

    The Forum is Back

Most of these should now be fixed. I've been able to extract the file names from the embedded images in the posts, and push the files back to the server (into a new location, and updated the posts with that new location). Example here...

There are 3944 posts where someone had directly embedded an image from the old file structure with IMG tags

Yes, it was directly linked to the image. http://www.retrobike.co.uk/forum/files/small_177.jpg

    The Forum is Back

That is missing because it was directly linked to a image in the old files folder for phpBB3 rather than going through the attachment system. EDIT: I've fixed that specific image because they still exist, just in a different place. I've re-uploaded it into the new attachment system.
