Brake & Gear Cable - where do you get yours from?

on both my commuter and my retro build i have made sure that the brake cables are covered completely from lever to v-brakes so water cannot get in to start corrosion. i have done the same with the gear cable on my commuter. to be honest as long as your bike is kept in a shed or garage...

I have a set of rigid alloy forks on my commuter bike. i got them from a company called airbike and they are good quality but they do creak a bit. the steerer tube is alloy aswell. i would only use them on the road and never off road. i only got them to replace a really cheap nasty and very...

nothing wrong with them. i have brought loads of these for my daily commuter and my off road MTB. they tend to wear abit quicker but for the bargain price that you can buy them for its not really a problem. alot cheaper than a race face which you pay for the name and if your not bothered...
