    Girvin steel cranks

Those were available a few years back, 2-3 sets. I bought a set and wish I had got them all. Went onto my Yeti Ultimate as a Syncros lookalike.

    Ritchey Timberwolf

I finally got around to getting this one up to snuff. Now running M700 components and a Brooks saddle that was brown but now black using Angelus Jet Black leather die. Still has the Joytech hubs with fat Arraya rims. Added the seat tube and fork stickers, thanks Gil. I do have the original same...

    Show us your Voodoo

Got this as a frame a few months back as trades from a friend. Finally sorting out the parts for it and only part I had to buy was the rear wheel which has the wrong rim so checking with a couple of the guys I trade with to see if they may have it. Full XTR M95X build due to it maybe being a...

    GT Ti frame

Sorry to say, it's too big for me. I don't always buy frames/bikes in my size. I buy what is rarer or unique so there is an angle to sell later. Taller bikes usually sell faster for me. Most of my bikes are close to period correct within a year or so of the frame and I will part a bike if I...

    GT Ti frame

Small update, swapped the ugly 4 bolt for an XT 5 bolt although not Shimano rings. Looking for a set or at least the big and mid, small one is fine for now. Will be taking care of the pedal bolts soon as well, a bit of rust on them and drives me crazy...

    GT Ti frame

Lightning is all done now so picture time. Used all of the parts less the fork and wheelset. Now sports a Marzocchi Z1 and GT/Hadley hubs laced to Mavic hoops. Thinking of swapping LX front derailleur for XT but M737 not M739. Gil supplied the sticker kit and I used all but the seat tube one...

    1992 Ibis Mojo

I measure 41.5" center of rear axle to center of front with the current fork. I have a Koski on an American Breezer but it's all stock less the tires and don't want to disturb it. I think a Switchblade or a Bonty fork or even a P2 would be a nice addition. I do have a lead on a small Lava Dome...

    1992 Ibis Mojo

Thanks. Was toying with a Pepperoni a friend picked from the Bike Church in Santa Cruz but steer tube is way too long and I will not cut it since they are like hens teeth, 1" steel steerer, aluminum legs n crown. Not sure if this one is modified where the bolt would go through the crown, whoever...

    1992 Ibis Mojo

Trying a different fork, Spinner Uni. Has a bit bigger tubes than a Tange so like that. Axel to crown was close to the MAG20, looks less noodle like. Waiting on a Paragon cable hanger to finish off the front end. I did order a set of original stickers from http://chuckibis.com, had no idea Scot...

    Tidy up a Ritchey

Have added a few pieces to the build. Most noted for me are the fork stickers supplied by Gil. Those never make it past a few years and do make a bike.

Wanted Titanium bolt M6 140mm does anyone make them???

$14 150mm Ti bolt, last one...

    1992 Ibis Mojo

Well they do. Bold one is a bit lower in front but fit wise they are identical. I think a taller stem would equal them out and different tubing choices between them would give a better quality to the orange one.

    1992 Ibis Mojo

I did a few measurements and the 2 bikes share the same numbers all around except for the head tube. Orange newer Mojo is 4.25" and older Bold is 3.3125" so almost an inch different. For a comparison I have them side by side and shimmed the front of the Bold one to match the lower part of the...

Back home after 10 years!!! RC200 F4 "The Brit Build"

Looking great, love the red and silver together. I am jealous though:mad:, my wife would never let me bring a bike into the house to build!

    1992 Ibis Mojo

Head tube to seat tube C-C is 22" and BB to top tube C-C is 17". Chain stays are 16" C of drop out to back of BB shell. Seat post is 29.4mm. Started to clean the components and they look good enough for the built so keeping everything except maybe the stem, bars and pedals. Freehub is a bit...

    1992 Ibis Mojo

I have seen a few with a 1" headtube so I'm thinking it is a late year frame before the 1 1/8" came out and they sold off all of the older frames with a hand job to encourage people to buy them. The evidence that it is a Bold Gold original color is in the frame and stem...someone obviously...

    1992 Ibis Mojo

Well this one is a mystery. Bought it as advertised as a 98 but after getting it, it's a 92 or very early 93. Has the Hand Job but is different from my 94 and strangest part is it's a 1" headtube. The seller said she worked for a bicycle magazine then and was owed money so this was payment to...

    Fisher CR7

Finally blasted n a quick primer coat to keep moisture off the steel bits. Needs a few of the "stripes" sanded down, were thick as thieves paint so blasting was out. Still have not heard back from Dale about cutting new threads on the steer tube so may need to call. He's busy working on some new...

    1995 Ibis Mojo

Here is mine that was recently put back to what it should be. Had this one forever with different kits. Now XTR M900 and sports a Manitou 3 with springs and elastomers. Only missing piece is the stem.

    Fisher CR7

Yikes, that s a long one LOL. Oh, my serial is Y434. Is the seat post clamp a stainless steel job? Mine had one but I switched out for one I could bolt a rack onto.
