It is indeed, he was knocked off his bike in 1990 so the bike wasn't used after that, it was wrapped up and stored in his attic until I got it down yesterday :)

Hi all, I'm looking for info on a deceased family members bike. He was a very keen amatuer competitor back in the day but the bike in question had very little use as I believe he bought it just before he had a major accident that left him unable to ride again. The bike is yellow and fluorescent...
